Ricoh Malaysia R3 Referral Programme

Terms & Conditions

  1. Campaign is valid from 1st October 2024 to 31st March 2025.
  2. Reward is based on qualified leads submitted only.
  3. Reward is not applicable to the following:
  4. a. Opportunities (prospects) already existing in Ricoh’s database.

    b. Leads that are actively pursued in any sales stage within the last 12 months.

    c. Contract that have a remaining period of more than 12 months.

    d. Incomplete forms with missing information. Staff can resubmit again with complete form to requalify.

  5. Reward is applicable to the following:
  6. a. Zero Base Accounts (ZBA) or New Customers.

    b. Opportunities that have lapsed / inactive with no activities for a minimum of 12 months, are qualified for this campaign.

  7. Staff can submit multiple leads / opportunities at one time and will be rewarded upon each successful referral.
  8. Repeated leads are disqualified automatically.
  9. Open to Non-Sales Staff only. Senior Management, Business Solutions’, Service Admin’s & Contact Centre teams are not allowed to participate in this programme.
  10. Leads submitted by Marketing Department staff is limited to vendor and family members/friends only.
  11. Leads sourced from events, trade shows, exhibitions, incoming calls / emails, networking events or any forms of lead generation is deemed disqualified from this reward.
  12. Final decision concerning the campaign and its administration / processes is at the discretion of the Marketing Department.
  13. If more than one staff sends the same referral / lead, the earliest sender is eligible for the respective reward. Any dispute will be resolved at the discretion of the Head of Marketing.
  14. Campaign reward mechanism as follows:
  15. a. Upon qualified leads; RM10 Touch n’ Go E-Wallet reload will be rewarded to the submitter.

    b. For 3 consistent leads submission in a quarter, RM50 Touch n’ Go E-Wallet will be rewarded to the submitter.

    c. Upon closure of sales, cash reward of 2% (from GP) for RonR or 5% (from GP) for OtoR will be rewarded to the submitter (notwithstanding any superseding promotion that overwrites this).

  16. All sales negotiations are to be handled solely by sales team. Any interference by the introducer affecting the sales process will lead to immediate disqualification.
  17. Any abuse or dishonesty resultant from the campaign will be subject to disciplinary action.
  18. Ricoh’s management reserves the right to change the T&C or make the final decision in the event of a dispute.
