Ricoh Malaysia E-invoice Referral Terms

  1. Ricoh eInvoice Referral Program is an incentive program payout to Eligible Participant who submits any Qualified eInvoice Lead within Campaign Period.
  2. Eligible Participant with valid employment during payout of Incentive Amount:
  3. a. Ricoh Malaysia – All RMSB non-sales staff with no direct involvement with the E-Invoicing product.

    b. Ricoh Regional team – regional office staff are eligible to participate.

    c. Ricoh Dealers – appointed dealers of RMSB and associated staff in their employ.

  4. Qualified eInvoice Lead is defined as below and Ricoh will notify qualify status on every Wednesday until end of the Campaign Period.
  5. a. Reward is not applicable to the following:

    i. Opportunities with existing e-Invoicing arrangements with Ricoh Malaysia.

    ii. Opportunities already engaged by Ricoh Malaysia sales teams.

    iii. Existing E-Invoice contracts with Ricoh.

    iv. Incomplete forms with missing information. Staff can resubmit again with a complete form to requalify.

    b. Opportunities under the following category are permitted to participate:

    i. Zero Base Accounts (ZBA) or New Customers.

    ii. Existing Ricoh customers without any E-Invoicing opportunity with Ricoh.

    iii. Existing Ricoh customers without any approach by Ricoh sales team.

    iv. Customers of dealers that require E-Invoicing solution.

    v. Opportunities that have lapsed / inactive with no activities for a minimum of 12 months, are qualified for this campaign.

  6. Campaign Period is valid from 30th November 2024 until 31st March 2025. Any lead submitted out of that period will not be entertained.
  7. Incentive Amount of RM1,000 shall be paid to the eligible participant once the lead is successfully converted into sales. The incentive payout amount will be processed on a monthly basis and only after full payment has been received from the customer.
  8. The eligible participants shall:
  9. a. Submit qualified leads that they have obtained personally and must be in compliance to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010).

    b. Participants are not allowed to send in leads that they have not obtained either personally or through a valid source (i.e. spamming contact cards without checking the opportunity).

    c. Participants must not be dishonest in their submission or engage in any breach of law in the participation of this programme on the pretext of personal enrichment or abuse of programme.

    d. Participants must not use this programme in any way outside of its intended scope or to mislead any parties on the intent.

  10. Disciplinary action shall be taken on the participant in the event there has been any breach in item 6.
  11. Each participant may send more than one (1) leads at one time. However, should there be a same lead submitted by more than 1 participant, the participant with the earliest submission shall be eligible under this referral programme.
  12. The submission of lead process is as follows :
  13. a. The participant must fill in the qualified leads into the e-form link: https://forms.office.com/r/g2vGkGqTQL

    b. The lead will be verified by the respective stakeholders to ensure the validity of the lead and there is no duplication/conflict in the lead.

    c. Upon verification that the lead is a valid entry, the E-Invoicing specialist will send a notification to the participant and liaise with the prospect provided.

    d. The status of the lead will be checked on a monthly basis before the 8th of each month (barring public holidays and weekends).

    e. Full payment will be made upon successful completion of contractual obligation by the customer (i.e. completion of full invoice).

    f. Payment to be made to the account numbers in the system (for Ricoh staff) and the account numbers provided in the e-form (for non-Ricoh staff)

  14. The participants are not allowed to interfere with the negotiations of the sales after submission of the lead.
  15. RMSB reserves the right to amend the above Terms and Conditions and in the event of any disputes pertaining to this programme, RMSB shall determine the final outcome accordingly.
